Yes. Every licence — individual or organisation — includes every live pathway, all three tiers (Foundation, Applied and Toolbox), certificates, CPD hour tracking and toolbox access. We don't lock tiers or pathways behind upgrades. New pathways as they launch are included too.

You pay once a year rather than monthly. This suits schools, children's services and charities who budget annually. It also means less admin — one invoice, one payment, your whole team has access for 12 months.

Yes — if your team grows, we can add seats and pro-rata the cost to your renewal date. Get in touch and we'll sort it.

Individual licences include a personal CPD dashboard — your own progress, hours and certificates. The manager dashboard (team compliance view, team certificates, registration codes) is included in all organisation packages.
